Radio Flyer Goes Big For Halloween

The most frighteningly fun holiday — Halloween! — is nearly upon us. And at Radio Flyer, we love celebrating as much as you do! Our festivities start the week before, when Flyers can decorate a pumpkin. As in previous years, we expect they’ll run the gamut, from “classic pumpkin” to Martha Stewart-worthy.

Then, when the big day arrives, everyone dresses up for the costume contest. A lot of thought and creativity goes into our outrageous wardrobes as Flyers try to outdo one another. As the day continues, there’s a Halloween-inspired spread at lunchtime, with everyone gathering over dishes like “screeching cat litter,” “antipasto eyeballs” and “mummy fingers.” Trust us, they taste better than they sound! There’s a lot of reminiscing, too, as Flyers share fun stories from Halloweens-past such as family meals of “bat wings,” “earwax on a stick” and “puked-up punch.”

Of course, we know we’re luckier than most — at the Radio Flyer headquarters, it’s always a fun time. It’s why we feel especially excited seeing our Radio Flyer toys being used outside of work, including  trick or treating. It lets us know you’re having a blast with our rides, too. Over the years, some of our most loyal fans have decorated their favorite set of wheels or dressed up as iconic red wagons. Others even served favorite dishes in our Little Toy Red Wagon. Now, that’s a conversation starter!

This year, we encourage families to get creative with Radio Flyer products and share those great ideas with us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram! Use #radioflyer and we will share some of our favorites.

We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
