Little Red Stories

Congratulations to Jennifer C., the Little Red Stories winner for May! Jennifer submitted this picture of  her 4-year-old son, Luke, working on his trike to make it go “super fast,” as Luke puts it. We love how our trikes encourages kids like Luke to learn how to be handy with tools and tune-ups!

Unexpected moments can sometimes bring a lot of joy. I experienced this first hand when I was able to present the grand prize winner of our Little Red Stories contest with a check for $10,000 recently in Lawrence, Kansas.

Happy 3^rd Birthday today to Augustine, the little boy featured in “Just A Toy?”-- the Little Red Story Winner for April! His mom, Robyn F., shared that when Augustine was 2, he wanted nothing but a shiny red scooter. So he saved his money in his piggy bank until his wish came true!

Like many parents, the Little Red Story Winner for February Maggie G. from Gainesville, GA, aspires to recreate the best parts of her childhood for her children.   That’s why she and her husband gave their son Henry, 10 months, an extra special gift this Christmas--his first Radio Flyer wagon.

What was once a special prize at a local Wales Kiwanis Club Easter Egg Hunt nearly 25 years ago will again be a treasured reward—as the gift of a Radio Flyer Town & Country Wagon comes full circle.   Some lucky family will receive the wagon at this year’s contest, thanks to our Little Red Story Winner for January:  David M.

Congratulations to Brian Clarke of Benicia, Calif., our November Little Red Stories contest winner.  Brian’s entry, “My First Ride,” features his 1-year-old son Jack at a friend’s birthday party enjoying his first wagon ride.  We love how the photo and story captures the joy and wonder of childhood and a memorable first.
