Randy grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio and studied Industrial Design at The Ohio State University.  He has a passion for design and consumer research and has spent the last 20 years developing innovative consumer products.  He enjoys going to museums, Millennium Park, cooking out and spending time with his family discovering the many amazing sights of Chicago.

Favorite Outdoor Activity:

I enjoy going on bike rides along Lake Michigan with my wife.

 

Favorite Outdoor Escape:

Relaxing on the beach.

 

Favorite Outdoor Game as a Kid:

Flag football.

 

Favorite Childhood Memory:

Growing up my family loved to go camping.  Our favorite spot was East Harbor State Park in Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio.  I had so much fun riding bikes, playing outdoor games, swimming and making Pizza Pies and smores over the fire.

 

Favorite Activity to Do with Your Family:

Spring break vacations to someplace warm and trying new restaurants in Chicago.

 

Favorite Radio Flyer Product and Why:

Build-a-Wagon and specifically the classic steel and wood wagon with air tires and decked out with a canopy, storage and comfort pads. It is a great combination of classic with a touch of modern.
